So I decided to submit for the Scrapcity Design Team. They asked for two Layouts and Two cards. (I don’t make alot of cards, I don’t know why, cause they are pretty fun to make:) The deadline was yesterday and I should find out if I made the cut by October 15th. Until then I will keep my fingers crossed. But I thought that I would share what items I submitted. Let me know what you think.
My Dad My Hero, My Husband My Love. I loved this Layout. It was a great way to use both black and white picture along with color photos. Cutting the making memories paper down the middle and using it like flaps worked out great.
This card was inspired by the mia road family tree chipboard album,
I had fun doing this card.
This Best Friend card, I used many scraps and had many different styles and patterns.

This is my challenge to you. Don’t be scared to try something different, step out of the box and submit some of your work. Who knows, mabey you could be crossing your fingers like me.
