I am just in Auhh!!! at how much stuff you get in this months kit!!! 16 pieces of pattern paper, 3 sheets of card stock, one full sheet of 4 different alpha and phrase stickers, chipboard alpha set, action wobbles, tickets, twine, Rosette’s, a chevron mask, ribbon pack, and some buttons! Oh yes and lets not forget the 12×12 sheet of vintage BINGO cards!!! EEK!!! so many options this month!!! Ok enough about this kit let’s check out my fun project!!
This fun altered box came together quite quickly and I was super happy with how it turned out!
Funny story about this little box! I recently came back from Vacation and in our rooms welcoming package this box was filled with deodorant and sample Tylenol and other medicine LOL and my kids opened it up and took the stuff out, then threw it in the garbage can!! WHAT?*? a perfectly good box in the garbage??? Oh no you didn’t!! LOL so I took it out and then immediately called the rest of my family and told them NOT to throw there Kraft boxes away to save them for me!! Hahahahaha…. only us crazy crafters right????
I made this using a fun 4′ strip from the Simple Stories pattern paper and fussy cutting a small piece with a sentiment on it that says “Celebrate” I put it on a wobble, I wanted to add a little more dimension so I added the fun red and white chevron Rosette, but it needed one more touch so I pulled out some of the 3 Girl Jam Crinkle ribbon (from the Summer Lovin’ kit last month) and tied a cute bow around the box! Also NOT included in the kit was the orange distress ink that I used around the celebrate tag!!
WOWZERS! I am loving this kit, have I said that already??? Next up for your crafty inspiration continue the party by hopping over to the ever so crazy party animal Midge from Toxic Treasures {HERE}!!
