Everything that is on this tag came from the kit with the exception of: Pop Dots!
This tag was super easy to created (since there are so many different styles of paper and embellishments in this kit) I did fussy cut around the balloons and the Three Happy birthday pieces! I hope you enjoy this fun tag!!
