{WoW Wednesday let’s celebrate!}

Hey Hey….. Welcome Crafters! I am super dee duper excited to share with you a fun and simple technique that I used on my WOW Wednesday card that I made for Heartstring Designs using the “Life’s A Party” Kit!!! But first I have to ask you a few silly questions!
1. Do you hate paying top dollar for glossy embellishments?
2. Do you hate not ever finding just the right type of embellishment for your page to make it pop?
3. Do you have the perfect banner, sentiment, shape or element that is made out of paper and you wish you could make it a glossy embellishment?

*WELL, if you answered yes to any of these questions, I my friends have the answer for you!!!
The simple little product that you need for all of this to happen is “Glossy Accents” yup one little bottle of this stuff will change the way you think when it comes to embellishments, jewelry etc.

What does this look like you ask….. Here is a picture of the Glossy Accents!

This is made by Ranger! I absolutely love everything about this bottle!!! From the super fine tip, to the way that is dries! To learn more about Glossy Accents click {HERE}

Here is a picture of my card and you can see the banner and the sentiment at the top of the card.

 Can you see how the banner piece is shinny? I cut the banner out and used pop dots to give it a little pop off of the card.  I then took my glossy accents and traced and filled in each banner piece.  I then took it to the let’s party flag on the top right corner (this piece was just printed on the card)*WARNING*** if you are in a hurry DO NOT use glossy accents.  This technique takes time to dry, I always allow mine to dry over night! When it first comes out is is cloudy DON’T PANIC it will dry clear! When it is done drying it will leave you with a fun shinny embellishment that looks as if you paid millions (hee hee… sometimes it feels that way doesn’t it?? )

For this card I also used the fun chipboard letters and cut one piece of the green pom pom off of the ribbon to add to the hat.  I also added the fun rippled ribbon from the Crate Paper pack that we received in the kit to the bottom of the card as another fun element.

I hope that you liked my card today. I also hope that you liked my little blurb about Glossy Accents!!!
