Wanderful Thursday and Timeless Twine...

Hey friends it's a Wanderful Thursday and today I have made a layout using the super fun fall colors that Timeless Twine has to offer and the fabulous Wanderful CTMH Workshop on the go kit!!! These colors went perfect with the layout!!! And they also added the finishing touches to my page!!!

Here is a close up of the twine.  I tied the colors together in knots for a fun embellishment on my layout! I made two of them, one on the top and one on the bottom of the picture cluster. Be sure to check out my blog for more info on how I created this layout!!

Here is a side view of this card...

Next up I have a fun Gift bag that I created for Decorate to Celebrate DT for the Anything goes 3-D Challenge!!! Check it out HERE. I got this gift box in a pack at the Dollar Store and used my magic! This is what the bag looks like!!!

I used the Confetti Workshop on the Go kit, and some gold and white polka dot washi tape (also CTMH) I then made my tissue paper by spritzing it with my misting spray that I made from my re-inker color Sunset and alcohol and our CTMH spritzing bottles. I will be doing a tutorial soon on all of these projects and I will share how I made my spritz also.  I used Liquid Glass to make the Happy Birthday glossy, and used the yummy gold glitter tape to add some great texture! The squares are also CTMH and came in my WOTG kit.
Next up "Oh Happy Day Layout"

This is such a fun layout. I will share with you a close up pics so you can see everything this layout has to offer!!!! I stamped and punched out three 1" circles and then added the fun element of an arrow over the top of them.  I stamped the sentiment "Oh Happy Day" and used my Liquid Glass.  I again used the Gold and White washi tape and finished this off using the fabulous Timeless Twine!!! (Get your Twine HERE).
Here is the close ups of this layout...

Ok folks one last layout and you have seen the last of my Birthday creations!! I hope that you have gained some fun inspiration so far!!!

I took the layout that was provided in the WOTG kit and altered it and made it my own!! I used the circle instead of the birthday cake, I used black ink instead of green, I also added the gold glitter tape along the bottom and made my own pendent at the top taking three strips of glitter tape and mounted them on a piece of paper, then cutting the paper out into a banner! I then used pop dots to adhere the banner piece.  I also popped up the loving this journaling spot to give a little more dimension as well!! I can't wait to get my pictures on these two layouts!!!

Here are a few close ups...

Wanderful Tuesday....

Hello Friends...
How are we all doing today?? I am super excited and hope that you are all having a "Wanderful Tuesday" I want to share with you this fun layout that I created using the CTMH Wanderful Workshop on the Go kit! This week I am featuring a project each day showcasing the Wanderful Kit by CTMH.  I found some old pictures of my girls when we went to California (years ago, they are so little in these pics and the are 13 and 16 now).  I loved looking over these pics of these two sweethearts! I knew this kit was perfect for this kit!

Here is the Tuesdays Wanderful Layout

I love how this layout turned out! I used the fun embellishments that came in the kit I also used a 1" circle punch, Puffy Stickers and some yummy gold dot washi tape that was NOT included in the kit.
I took one of the pattern pieces from this kit and used it as my base and built from there.  I matted my pics on another piece of pattern paper and cut the banner triangles using several other patterns that are also included in this kit!!!

Here is a close up of this layout

Here is one more angle of the layout:

It's a Wanderful Monday!

Hi friends!! It is going to be a "Wanderful Week" and I am super excited to bring to you some fun projects using this "Wanderful" Workshop On The Go Kit from Close To My Heart.  I absolutely love this line! So many different possibilities with this kit! I pulled out some old pictures of a trip that we took to California and I knew that this kit was going to be perfect.  I even had left over product from this kit to make this card, which you are going to see today!!! Each day this week you will see fun projects made with this great kit!!!

First up..... The fun card that I was telling you about!

I took on of the scraps of pattern paper and created the card base.  I rounded the bottom two corners, took a black pen and traced around the card twice. I then went back through and doodles where the lines weren't meeting.  Next I added two different strips of Washi Tape (Both from CTMH but NOT included in the Workshop on the go kit).  I cut a piece of the pattern paper and used the white cardstock that came in the kit and stamped the sentiment. (YES!!! This stamp set comes in the WOTG) in Black ink.  I adhered it to the pattern paper and then used pop dots to pop the sentiment up off of the card. I then took some fun black and cream ribbon (CTMH but then again NOT included in the WOTG) and tied a bow.  I then adhered the bow with our fabulous Liquid Glass.

This is the inside of this card....

I took the white cardstock and cut it to fit the inside of the card.  I then added some of the washi tape and punched a 1" Circle out of some of the coordinating pattern paper and took a puffy heart (not included in the kit) and that finished up this card perfectly.

I used some washi tape for the lines and two of the Linnie Blooms Canvas Stars (in place of the butterflies) some fun Die cuts from My Creative Time and pattern paper.  I also used two cork stars out of my Clique Kits kit.  I splattered white paint on the layout to give it a little pop!!

Here is a close up of one of the stars and the layout.

One more close up of the star from Linnie Blooms and the cute cut out of the glasses.

I hope that you liked my take on the sketch!! Be sure to check out Linnie Blooms for your canvas and mixed media needs... and Stuck?! Sketch for some yummy inspiration!!!
